$WOJAK is a community-driven meme cryptocurrency on the Ethereum blockchain. This website (wojakcto.com) is an informational resource maintained by the $WOJAK community. Consistent with the project's MiCA whitepaper, $WOJAK has no centralized issuing entity. This Privacy Policy describes how the website handles information when you visit it.

Consistent with the project's whitepaper, requests and questions are handled informally via the community channels (Telegram and X) linked on the homepage.

2. What We Collect Directly

The site is purely informational. It does not:

Require accounts or registration
Process payments or hold funds
Operate forms, comment systems, or messaging
Set cookies of its own
Run analytics or advertising scripts
Build user profiles or sell data

We do not directly collect personal data from you through this site.

3. About the Token

For transparency, and because the token's structure shapes what is and isn't possible from a privacy standpoint:

Standard: ERC-20, 18 decimals
Classification: Utility token, classified as an "Other Crypto-Asset" (OCA) under EU Regulation 2023/1114 (MiCA), per independent legal review. Holding $WOJAK confers no equity, governance, dividend, or redemption rights.
Ownership renounced: The contract owner has renounced ownership, meaning owner-only functions can no longer be invoked. The contract is effectively immutable.
Liquidity burned: The Uniswap LP tokens have been burned and the relevant transaction is publicly verifiable on-chain.
Smart contract audit: The contract has been audited by ScaleBit (BitsLab); no critical, major, or medium-severity issues were identified.

Because the contract is immutable, the project has no technical ability to update it to identify, track, or restrict individual users. This website provides information about the token; it does not grant the project any new powers over your wallet, transactions, or holdings.

4. Hosting and Server Logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's infrastructure automatically logs request metadata — including IP address, user-agent string, timestamp, and path — for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. Vercel typically retains these logs for approximately 30 days; we do not access them routinely, and we do not export, sell, or correlate them with other data sources. Handling is governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy and Vercel's Data Processing Addendum.

International transfers. Vercel operates a global edge network, so your request may be served from a region close to you. For users located in the EU/EEA or UK, any cross-border transfer relies on the safeguards Vercel maintains for that purpose (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable). The same applies to the third-party services listed below.

5. Third-Party Services Loaded by the Site

The site loads code and assets from the following third parties. When your browser fetches these resources, those providers receive your IP address and basic request metadata under their own policies:

Elfsight — background music widget. May set its own cookies and load additional resources. See Elfsight's privacy policy.
jsDelivr — CDN serving the carousel library (Splide). Subject to jsDelivr's privacy policy.
Cloudflare CDN (cdnjs) — CDN serving the animation library (Anime.js). Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Google Fonts — preconnected for font delivery. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
PDF.js — Mozilla's PDF rendering library is served from this site (self-hosted). No third-party transmission occurs when viewing the whitepaper, audit, or legal documents.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

The site itself sets no cookies and writes nothing to localStorage or sessionStorage. Embedded third-party widgets (notably Elfsight) may set cookies under their own policies. The site does not deploy advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or cross-site identifiers.

7. External Links

The site links to external services including DexScreener, Etherscan, Uniswap, MetaMask, the Apple App Store, Google Play, the Chrome Web Store, Coinbase, Telegram, and X (Twitter). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Clicking an external link takes you outside the site, where the destination's own privacy policy applies.

8. Blockchain Interactions

$WOJAK is an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain. Any token-related action — buying, selling, transferring, viewing balances — happens directly on Ethereum, through wallets and exchanges that you control. The site never custodies funds, never has access to your wallet or private keys, and never initiates transactions on your behalf.

Public blockchain data — addresses, balances, transaction history — is permanent, pseudonymous, and visible to anyone by design. This is a property of the blockchain, not of this site.

9. EU/EEA Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including:

The right to access personal data we hold about you
The right to rectification of inaccurate data
The right to erasure
The right to restrict processing
The right to data portability
The right to object to processing

The lawful basis for any processing through this site is our legitimate interest in operating an informational website. International transfers, where they occur via Vercel's edge network or third-party CDNs, are addressed in §4. Because we hold no user database, in most cases we will not have any personal data associated with you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority directly.

10. Children's Privacy

This site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please reach out via the community channels linked on the homepage so the issue can be addressed.

11. AI and Automated Training

We do not sell, license, or otherwise provide any of the limited data generated by your use of this site (such as Vercel access logs) to third parties for the purpose of training artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. The publicly readable content of this site — pages, text, images — may, like any public web page, be crawled by AI training systems operated by third parties; we do not have control over such crawling beyond standard robots.txt-style signals.
